Spray tans, eyelash extensions, hair treatments, accessories, and clothes are all geared to make us feel prettier and look prettier. I practice many of these methods myself but won’t recommend all of them to you all for increased confidence. There is no contest that these methods and items make us feel more confident; at least for the moment. I practice many of these methods myself but won’t recommend all of them to you all for increased confidence and here is why. My commitment to spreading confidence to the women who read my blog is more than a temporary high of self esteem. To feel confident day in and day out is hard work and gaining a more positive perspective on ourselves each day is the goal. I spray tanned for a few years and I ended up feeling like I liked my natural skin tone less and less each time I sprayed a new tan on. This is the opposite of what I want to make you all feel. Confidence comes with loving who you are today. I have tried all of the quick fixes and long commitments to making myself feel more confident and the one thing I can continue to recommend with certainty is Pure Barre. Working out has a way of increasing your self esteem even if you can’t see change in the mirror. Working out is difficult for me and probably many of you too which is why I recommend getting buff with ballet. Pure Barre makes it easy to get tone and burn those calories while doing it with a community of powerful women to music that will keep you smiling while you sweat. Come lift tone and burn and feel more confident day by day!
