Sisters are such a beautiful gift! They are the women that make us stronger and encourage us to chase our dreams. Your sister is the one you call when you are going through a bad break-up or have a bad day or even when you just bought the perfect pair of shoes. Sisters are with us from birth or we find them later in life and they never leave. Although sisters often have drastic differences they can play to each others strengths and build weaknesses. My sisters and I are polar opposites, each holding our own talents and flaws. Each year my sisters and I find new ways to strengthen each other and build our confidence. What I love most about my older sister is that she is not at all like me. She has vast knowledge of motherhood and teaches me daily how to be a better person. Sisters can compete or they can compliment one another. Choose to build your sister up and teach her what you know and let her educate you with a new perspective. When we act in love to our sisters and girlfriends, we can empower them and help them fight their battles. Sisters should never hold jealousy because of comparison but only be proud of each others’ accomplishments and encourage each other. Strengthen you sweet sisters, chosen and biological, by complimenting their style and imparting your wisdom as far as makeup tips, trend advice, and even extend service to show them that they’re important and loved. We as women have the power to boost each others self esteem. Take the time this week to show some love to the women in your life and make them feel special. We all wrestle with self esteem issues and some days are harder than others. Make your sister’s battle easier by reminding her how perfectly beautiful she is naturally. We are all beautiful in our own ways! If everyone were the same size, skin color, and had the same hair we would be a boring population. Be proud of your originality and and embrace your natural beauty, and then share that with your sister!
