Must have is a strong title, but I use it often. I am somewhere between shopaholic and politely concerned with how I dress. All things in moderation right? We try our best to be balanced but when do we ever have a day where we ate right, exercised, spent time with our family, and completed our to do list ending with a warm dinner on the table by 6:30? I don’t think that has ever happened. Instead, I prioritize the true must haves for the day and anything else that happens is a happy bonus. Grocery Shopping, Post Office, and Pick up dress from Anthropologie; a good list but those aren’t all a must-have’s or must-do’s. If I am treating myself on a Friday maybe it is a good list. You make your own lists so balance those. Balance your expectations for yourself and everything else falls in line. You can do anything but it is stressful to pretend you can accomplish everything. Stick to your must have’s … or must do’s. Keep it simple.
