Feeling the sunshine on my cheeks after too many rainy days feels liberating and somehow new. Walking barefoot in the field before the grass is soft again is awakening with a satisfying crunch under my feet. I’d like to let the wind move me and feel bohemian without worry but my to do list is so loud and feels urgent. Let the worries you carry fall as you focus on the now. Embrace today and smile because you are here. Things that we all want to do but our sense of securing the future and being productive ruin the meditation of the moment. Worry helps nothing and no one. Being confident in what you are doing makes everyone smile. People love to be around happy people. Find your happy even if the grass isn’t soft yet. Be you. Be free. For me that means let the laundry be and make time for yoga; leave the emails and read that new book. What does it mean for you? Thanks for stopping by.
